With Cynful selling by the crate load all across the island and right across the UK, Randall’s decided to up the ante by running some competitions to get more and more people trying out their new super beer. We designed a website – and direct mail piece to draw people to it – where people could learn more about Randall’s and its range of beers and ales as well as the all new Cynful, plus upload pictures of themselves wearing ‘Cynful Horns’ for the chance to win free crates of Cynful beer and Cynful tee-shirts…

Randall’s Brewery recently appointed Offshore International Advertising to re-brand three of their spirit products, after the success of the re-brand for some of their beers and stout…

The three products – a vodka, a gin and a whisky – needed a complete over-haul to re-position them into today’s competitive market, so we changed the names, the branding and the advertising to re-energise all three and make them once again contenders for customers’ taste buds.

Randall’s Brewery is a family owned and run business that has been a part of Guernsey life for 136 years, creating, brewing and distributing its own local beer and ales. Earlier this year they entered the Tesco Beer Challenge, charged with creating a new beer from scratch. No easy task…

Offshore International Advertising won the chance to design the label for the beer they created, named Cynful. We created something brooding and playful that embodied the brand name and made the bottle jump off the shelf. Randall’s were pleased with the end result and so it seems were Tesco, as Cynful scooped top prize in the Small Brewer category and found its way onto the shelves of Tesco superstores nationwide.

To back-up the brand, Randall’s required in-store posters and press and trade magazine advertisements to announce their win and their new baby to the world, so we took the label from the bottle to the wall to create a series of compelling and visually arresting posters that let you know exactly what you were in for when you popped the cap off of a bottle of Cynful.

Offshore International Advertising was recently asked by Randall’s to re-brand and package three of their existing products to fall in line with its award-winning beer Cynful, to create a new suite of beers to sell across the islands and the UK…

We worked closely with Randall’s Sales & Marketing Manager, Ben Randall, to develop the three new names WYCKED, ENVY & GUILTY that complete the suite of edgy and fun brands and then took our lead from our designs for Cynful to create the look and feel of the advertising and promotional items. The most fun to be had was with – as its name might suggest – WYCKED, as we had a custom devils tail fabricated and then went into the studio for a days photo shoot complete with professional model, make up and hair artists.
