The Oi Jersey team has produced a number of campaigns for Ship2me.co.uk over the last few months having won the account in a pitch process.

The first integrated campaign for Christmas was very successful exceeding  the client’s sales target for the festive period…

Oi introduced a new tagline ‘Delivering UK stores to our shores’, made design and layout changes to the website to make key messages more prominent and the user journey more fluid, embedded tracking across the site so we could monitor user habits (and make ongoing changes to optimise the website’s performance), then embarked on a hefty online marketing campaign with a strong focus on email marketing, online, pay per click, and Facebook advertising, plus direct mail in Jersey.

The latest campaign for the January sales has also worked really well. We introduced a nice sale theme across the website, then designed and issued emailers offering customers a special saving on their delivery costs with Ship2me.co.uk when they enter an offer code.

Oi has launched a nice, new website for Jersey’s leading estate and lettings agency, Thompson Estates.

The new look website  was part of Thompson Estates submission that received the Highly Commended award for Marketing at the hotly contested UK Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television and Google in November.

The UK’s premier estate agents gathered at the Lancaster Hotel, Hyde Park, in London for the awards which, combined with other regional awards’ programs for Arabia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific, form the globally renowned International Property Awards.

Thompson Estates entered the awards after appointing Oi to refresh their brand and marketing materials. This included a re-design of Property Monthly, Thompson Estates’ monthly property magazine which is distributed island-wide, new advertising campaign, and website.

Oi has designed and built a new website for the world’s only Jaguar suite at 51 Buckingham Gate, Taj Suites and Residences, a five-star hotel located minutes from Buckingham Palace…

Overseen by Jaguar’s in house Design Director Ian Callum, the suite features specially-commissioned artwork and displays. The subtle references to Jaguar’s timeless style will be familiar to those who know and love these motoring masterpieces. The sleek design of this 1,832 square foot, two-bedroom abode alludes to classic and contemporary Jaguar models, from the legendary 1960′s E-type to the state-of-the art C-X75.

The Jaguar experience starts subtly at the door, with sleek wood panelling greeting guests on arrival and Jaguar damask lining the bedroom walls. Intriguing design features are evident throughout, from the minimalistic clean-fuel fireplace referencing the shape of the brand’s hallmark rear window to the finest leather that lines the cars, ebony veneer doors and custom-made Jaguar wallpaper.

Oi has redesigned and launched the new website for international airline THAI Airways UK & Ireland.

www.thaiairways.co.uk has been designed to ensure an enjoyable user experience with simply structured navigation and fast loading, quality content…

Integrated in to the website are such features as five day weather forecasts, a dynamic destinations section, and a secure login agents area which provides personalised documentation and updates to the travel agents working with THAI Airways UK & Ireland.

A competition has also been launched offering a holiday for two in Thailand as part of a big email database gathering and profiling exercise we are currently undertaking for the airline.

Oi was appointed as THAI Airways UK & Ireland’s digital agency earlier this year following a three-way pitch against London agencies. The agency works with a number of other large London-based clients including Taj Hotels (51 Buckingham Gate Taj Residences, Crowne Plaza, Quilon Restaurant), Laven Partners, Dexion Capital, Collins Stewart Wealth Management, and Investec Asset Management.

Oi has won the digital marketing account for international airline Thai Airways UK & Ireland following a three-way pitch against London agencies.

The opportunity to pitch for the account came after Peter Grange, Oi Managing Director, travelled to Thailand with Thai Airways at Christmas. The major chaos at Heathrow Airport, due to severe snowstorms, meant that Thai Airways had to call all of their staff, including their sales and marketing team from the London office, to Heathrow…

‘While at the time the snow delays were bad, it meant that I met members of the sales and marketing team, got to chat to them over the few days which included talking about Oi and what we do,’ said Peter.

‘Several months ago, out of the blue, a member of the Thai Airways sales and marketing team emailed and asked if we would be interested in pitching for their digital account, to which I of course said yes!’.

Coming from what many may have said was a long-shot chance of winning against the incumbent and a large digital agency, both London-based, a strong team combining creative, digital, search engine optimization, and email marketing experts from Oi developed and presented a well thought out digital solution to the brief from the sales and marketing team at Thai Airways.

‘Working for such a prestigious international airline brand is very exciting and we’re looking forward to helping build their business across national and international markets,’ said Peter.

Oi’s first work for Thai Airways will involve redesigning and launching their UK and Ireland websites, undertaking a comprehensive SEO review and new SEO approach, developing a new digital marketing plan including database management, email marketing campaigns, ongoing analysis and strategic recommendations, plus promotional and campaign work.

‘As Thai Airways’ retained digital agency we’re looking forward to implementing a robust digital marketing program,’ said Georgea Frank-Tann, Oi Account Manager.

‘One of the great things about digital is you can measure everything as you move along on your online marketing journey, then adjust and evolve different elements for better performance.’

A team at Oi have been busy over the last few months working on a large branding project for Collins Stewart Wealth Management to integrate the Anderson Charnley investment business they acquired.

After extensive research it was decided to re-brand the Anderson Charnley business to the 360° Service from Collins Stewart Wealth Management. The the 360° proposition encapsulates the fact that the Service provides clients an all-encompassing approach to managing their wealth, backed by a long-term strategy tailored to personal lifestyle goals. Provided by experienced planning and investment professionals the 360° Service aims to give more clarity and control over personal finances and puts clients, with a total net worth in excess of £1million, in the driving seat of their financial future and lifestyle.

By selecting very unique photography we were able to reinforce the 360° concept and how the Service looks at all aspects of a high net worth client’s personal lifestyle goals. From creation of the identity to all other marketing communications material we focused on creating a strong theme to brand this sophisticated service.

Brochures were finished with high specifications including quality stocks, metallic inks, and spot varnishes. Big, striking images with the special 360° effect were incorporated as much as possible.

We also spent considerable time to produce a perfect bound A5 book full of case studies emphasising how the 360° Service has benefited different profiled clients.

Oi was responsible for the redesign and build of the Cherry Godfrey website including programming the bespoke online Quote & Pay functionality. The marketing campaign across Guernsey and Jersey included a teaser element using social media platforms, then direct mail, advertising online, followed by newspaper  and TV advertising, email marketing, point of sale, and PR.

Following on from the Guernsey Post website re-design Oi has now completed the new,  fully content managed,  Guernsey Stamps e-commerce site…

The new Guernsey Stamps site features better usability and a much clearer checkout process.

All of the stamps have a custom built zoom feature, allowing users to zoom in on stamps sheets and view individual stamps clearly.

The new site includes express ordering for bulk orders allowing frequent stamp purchasers to easily click through placing a large order on one scrolling page, without having to navigate through to different pages for various products.

There is also a custom built polling page on which website visitors can vote on their favourite stamps. This serves as a fun an engaging tool for stamps aficionados and a great data capture mechanism for Guernsey Stamps.
