Offshore International Digital has created a new interactive training CD for Shore – the online banking service from MeesPierson…

The opening sequence had to reflect the key features of the service offering and providing an introduction to the training module content of the disc.

We developed a 3D environment using brand colours and created an animated streak of light which would navigate us from one scene to another. Once this was done we set about creating a visual representation of each of the key service offerings and linked them all together in one environment.

The work was initially constructed and animated in After Effects with screen shots and other elements imported to the environment.

The audio track was professionally recorded and then edited in house and added to the animation.

Once completed the work was output and compiled in Flash, including the bespoke interface for the training tool.

The interface design is clean and initially offers an autoplay of all content, with the option to skip this stage, followed by a menu led user interface allowing access to individual elements of the project as required.

The screen capture work was completed in adobe captivate and exported into flash to be integrated with the voice track and other content.

The final project, featuring introduction and closing animations and six modules alongside other contact information and faq’s, was authored and written to an autoplay CD for distribution. The packaging was a standard DVD case with printed insert and booklet and discs with full colour printed face artwork.

The finished product is a polished autoplay CD which can be viewed on any system and offers an in depth guide to the function of the banking system.
