Seven members of staff at Oi have received a leading industry qualification.

As part of the agency’s membership of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) – Britain’s leading independent trade body for the advertising industry – Oi staff are required to undertake a certain level of continued professional development each year…

“We offered everyone the chance to take the first of three professional development exams and seven chose to take the exam,” said Peter Grange, Oi Managing Director.

“It’s good to keep learning. One of our business objectives is to develop all our staffs’ knowledge base, which keeps them motivated and our clients happy.”

Joanna Wardle from the IPA said: “Oi is a very active member of the IPA and places a very important emphasis on training and development.”

The Oi staff received their IPA Foundation exam qualification along with 349 staff from some of the UK’s leading advertising agencies. IPA President, Rory Sutherland, even gave Oi and Guernsey a shout out at the awards ceremony in London.
