Oi wins THAI Airways.

Oi has won the digital marketing account for international airline Thai Airways UK & Ireland following a three-way pitch against London agencies.

The opportunity to pitch for the account came after Peter Grange, Oi Managing Director, travelled to Thailand with Thai Airways at Christmas. The major chaos at Heathrow Airport, due to severe snowstorms, meant that Thai Airways had to call all of their staff, including their sales and marketing team from the London office, to Heathrow…

We recently produced a tasty new direct mail campaign for leading independent retailer Aladdin’s Cave targeting visitors to the island.

The brief was to convey how visitors can find pretty much every sort of holiday essential item they need at Aladdin’s Cave. Therefore our simple creative idea replaces hundreds of thousands with various holiday essentials popping out of a very testy looking ice cream. A tempting proposition, which has worked a treat…

The alternative to London agencies.

Oi has won a pitch against London agencies to become the digital partner for a leading global alternative investment consultancy, which has its head office in London.

Laven Partners appointed the agency following a final shoot out against two London agencies and said its selection process was based on our ability to provide ‘the full range of digital media services from design, build, to all areas of online marketing’.

We are currently working on the redesign and build of the company’s three websites, which will be launched in June.

Former Saatchi Training Director visits Oi to support our brand new thinking initiative.

A former Board and Training Director of global advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi will be visiting Guernsey in May to train staff at Oi.

Paul Burns spent 24 very successful years at Saatchi & Saatchi, taking on the role of Training Director in 2004 then the first Director of Knowledge Practices in 2005. In 2009 he set up The Burns Unit tlc, a specialist training and development consultancy for advertising agencies, communication organisations and marketing departments…
