Gillette has just launched a fun and engaging Twitter campaign based on unravelling the benefits of a beard. The campaign throws identical twins Dean and George Georgiades into a hairy popularity contest. The twins will only be individualized by a clean shave versus a beard and will set about to get the most Twitter followers. Sibling rivalry gone digital! (more…)

Almost 50% of consumers follow brands on Facebook; is yours one of them?

Current trends show social media marketing is gaining precedence with some brand’s Facebook sites seeing more traction than their websites. Coca Cola boasts over 10 million Facebook fans while its website’s unique visitor stats have fallen more than 40% to 242,000.  

New research out of the digital consultancy, Beyond, conducted in the US and UK, shows that 46% of consumers follow at least one brand on a social network with almost a quarter (23%) stating they would rather receive information from brand’s via Facebook, than from a brand’s own website (21%)

We recently produced a really nice brand awareness Flash animated banner advert for Cherry Godfrey.

Featuring on the home page of www.cherrygodfrey.com the banner was the most effective way to showcase the wide range of services Cherry Godfrey provides. After a load of story-boarding, and some heavy duty Flash programming, we had lift off! Check it out here.
