I went to see Avatar in Birmingham the other day and was fortunate to see it on an IMAX screen in glorious 3D (and let me tell you, it was absolutely STUNNING and Zoe Saldana is still hot even as a 9 ft Blue alien with a tail…sue me), so the following bit of news was music to my ears and will obviously result in me having to re-mortgage my house later in the year…

Panasonic recently made a bold claim that it would be “the first company to come to market with both a 3D TV and compatible Blu-ray player in 2010″

Uh…? What?!…YUP….3-Dimensional Televisual treats right there in your front room. I simply cannot wait and will sell everything I own, even my house, to be able to buy a rig. True, I’ll have nowhere to set up the TV and watch it, but that’s a moot point and one shouldn’t stress over the minutiae.
