12 days of giveaways
Oi has created and launched a festive Facebook competition for Aurigny - Guernsey's airline. The competition, called ‘12 days of giveaways’, started on Thursday 13th December offering people the chance to win fantastic prizes, frequent flyer points and much, much more!
A distinctive identity for the competition and animated, mobile-friendly, teaser video was created by the team at Oi along with daily organic posts in snowflakes made of planes. The tactical promotion was a way of rewarding customers and at the same time increasing Aurigny's Facebook audience, which Oi has grown by over 500% since we started working with the airline.
Oi's social media team worked with the airline to come up with the concept, 12 great prizes, and then introduced the relevant mechanics to ensure 'like and share-ability' of the competition. It's worked a treat and Aurigny's '12 days of giveaways' Facebook promotion is on track to be the airline's most successful competition to date. Take part in the competition here.
